“We stayed four nights and the owners and staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. Perfect for the Turkish Grand Prix — only a 20-minute taxi ride at about 60 Turkish Lira (roughly £25), while other fans spent hours getting back to their hotels. On the final day, the owner planned a meticulous day in the old city — we reached the Blue Mosque in under an hour by taxi and ferry, with full instructions for every sight.
